Amy Wald

Founder, Host, and Head of Strategy

Amy Wald is the Founder of Greenluxe Media, a sustainable luxury hospitality storytelling platform at the intersection of marketing, media, and operational expertise. With a background in hospitality, sustainability strategy, and years of experience in media and on-air storytelling, Amy brings a rare, insider lens to how travel brands build relevance and demand.

After advising hotels and destinations on sustainability strategy and operations, she recognized a deeper gap: the industry wasn’t struggling with ideas—it was struggling with communication. The brands doing meaningful work weren’t always telling the story in a way that moved markets. Greenluxe was born to bridge that divide—bringing sustainability into both B2B leadership conversations and B2C traveler inspiration to drive adoption, trust, and desire simultaneously.

Returning to her media roots, Amy now combines hospitality fluency, marketing strategy, and cinematic storytelling to help brands shape what the future of responsible luxury looks like—and ensure travelers feel it.

Celestine Caravaggio

Creative Director

Celestine Caravaggio is the Creative Director at Greenluxe Media where she leads the strategy and cinematic storytelling  at the intersection of luxury, culture, and purpose-driven narratives. 

Celestine brings a cinematic, docu-style storytelling lens paired with high-level digital marketing strategy which ensures Greenluxe is designed not only to captivate visually, but to optimize the intention behind amplifying sustainable luxury travel across platforms—aligning narrative, audience, and brand purpose to create content that resonates, performs, and endures in a multi-platform ecosystem.

Previously, Celestine served as Head of Electronic Media at Universal Music Canada, working at the forefront of digital media and content innovation during a period of industry transformation. In this role, she oversaw multimedia strategy and artist campaigns for globally recognized talent, blending creative storytelling with data-driven digital execution.

Celestine is known for building platforms—not just content—crafting stories and experiences that are visually elevated, strategically grounded, and culturally relevant.

Marketing Director

Guilherme Cavalcante is the Marketing Director at Greenluxe, where he leads brand strategy, growth marketing, and multi-platform storytelling initiatives that position hospitality brands at the forefront of sustainable luxury.

With a background spanning marketing strategy, design, and digital innovation, Guilherme specializes in aligning brand positioning, audience engagement, and performance-driven marketing initiatives to help brands communicate their value with clarity and distinction. His expertise includes brand positioning, marketing operations, AI-powered content systems, and experience design, and he has worked with companies across hospitality, healthcare, and technology.

At Greenluxe, he oversees the strategic amplification of partner stories across media channels, ensuring each collaboration delivers not only visibility but also long-term brand equity and market differentiation.

Guilherme is known for combining strategic thinking with creative execution, building marketing systems that connect purpose-driven hospitality brands with the audiences shaping the future of travel.
